Weekend Productivity Tools March Thirty One

Weekly Productivity Tools

We passed the first week of My Productivity Tools and in the first Saturday I want to start a type of post that will be published as weekend productivity tools. These posts will be the place where I will share different tools and useful content or books that I find during the week.

These are resources that I find and think will be useful in increasing productivity. I encourage you to check the links and try tools to see how they can impact on your productivity.

Excellent productivity stuff that I find this week:

  • Dropbox Automator. When it comes to Evernote and Dropbox, I am big fun of them as one of my biggest productivity tools. Dropbox Automator simply automates different actions that you make into the dropbox and automatically produce another action that you want. For example, I use this tool to automate following action: If I update particular folder into the dropbox, make a note into the inbox folder in Evernote.
  • How to Clean Up, Speed Up and Revive Your Mac. My productivity is based largely on the speed of my Mac. In this post, I found great advice to do the right things when it comes to my working tool.
  • 21 Ways to Get Motivated Today. If we want to do things that we need to do, we need to be motivated for such activities. Without motivation we can not get things to be done. In this post you can find great 21 ways to get motivated today.

And, if you simple missed something here are the must read last week titles from My Productivity Tools:
